The Standard
The Standard is an urban infill residence in downtown Vancouver. Built next to the Ramada Hotel on Granville Street, The Standard will provide a selection of rental suites under the STIR program – a City of Vancouver initiative to provide more high quality rental accommodations. Ground-breaking was in January 2011 and the building is expected to be available for rentals in Summer 2012.
